Tsurubo Shion (鶴房 汐恩; born December 11, 2000) is a Japanese singer and member of the Japanese boy group JO1.
Early life[]
Tsurubo Shion was born on December 11, 2000 in Shiga Prefecture, Japan. He has a younger sister.[5]
In 2015, he participated in the "Junon Superboy Contest" with Shiroiwa Ruki. He quit high school to become an idol trainee under FNC Entertainment but ultimately failed to make the final debut lineup. After returning to Japan, he worked in a Family Mart for a while.

In 2019, Tsurubo Shion participated in the Japanese version of the reality competition show Produce 101, Produce 101 Japan. He auditioned under the stage name SION. He received an evaluation grade of C and was later re-evaluated as an A. He ended up ranking 5th with 204,045 votes, securing him a spot in the boy band JO1.
2020-present: Debut with JO1, Protostar to Stranger[]
On March 4, 2020, JO1 debuted with their first EP Protostar.[6][7] The same day, they held their debut stage with the album's title track "Infinity" (無限大).
On October 18, 2020, he appeared as a guest on Kobe Collection with Kawanishi Takumi.[8]
